Marketing and PR executive

Mr & Mrs Smith are seeking a confident, proactive, and highly motivated marketing and pr executive to join our fast-paced, in-house boutique hotels marketing team.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic team player that can take responsibility for developing and implementing affiliate programmes and managing brand partner promotions, as well as supporting the PR function of the business.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, previous marketing experience within a small-medium team is essential, and some PR background is preferable, as is an eye for detail, creative thinking and confident communication skills.

The perfect candidate will be someone who will relish taking ownership of their role, have a strong systems orientation and will pride themselves on their commercial focus, implementation abilities and problem-solving skills.

The role incorporates:

- Developing the affiliate programme and ensuring its day to day implementation

- Organising and delivering partnership promotions online and offline

- Pro-actively contributing to marketing initiatives and implementation

- Writing press releases, responding to press enquiries and organising press trips.

- Administrative aspects of creating and maintaining marketing and PR systems
