I just got an email from them today entitled 'Technical fault with image placement.' includes: '...we have been made aware of a technical fault at our printers that has caused a small number of postcards to exchange images on the day your order was printed.' They apologised profusely of course. Obv I asked what image they sent.. 'Unfortunately it’s not possible to know exactly what was on the front of the cards at this time' came the reply. Cue the old dear I sent a card to through their service gets a photo of a bunch of blokes on a stag weekend pulling moonies! Anyway, great idea it is for sure... the jury's out on the service itself!
