Interestingly I googled 'Microsoft adult game room’ and it didn't include the search term 'Microsoft' in the search results so some rather unsavoury sites came up as you can imagine.

So this is what Bill is up to on his retirement :)

Thanks for answering my question and great list! I'm sure your readers will find it fascinating. And fantastic idea to get them to email their tips.

Now, I see you have hotel guides there but I'm surprised you don't have standard travel guides, such as DK, Fodors, LP etc. I can't tell you how many times our PR friends at the five star hotels in Dubai have told us that such-and-such checked in from such-and-such magazine (insert major travel magazine) and they had your guidebooks and were pointing at places and telling us "We want to see this hotel, and this one here, and we want to eat here for lunch, and here for dinner... how do we get there? Can you make us reservations?" Unless the magazine/newspaper travel writer is a local resident then their 'discoveries' are going to come from guidebooks first. Now you've inspired me to post on the topic... :)

Thanks Tina,

Certainly looks interesting, but what, pray tell, is a 'Microsoft adult game room', and does it have any place in a family-orientated travel blog?

Smith,
I came across a hotel that just might meet your standards to become a Smith-ish boutique.

The Hotel Sax Chicago
<a href="www.hotelsaxchicago.com" target ="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.hotelsaxchicago.com</a>

The have everything from the posh Crimson Lounge where celebrities frequent, to a Microsoft adult game room.
