		<description>Since the accolade of &quot;best steakhouse in London&quot; should also be down to the quality of the meat, then Goodman&#039;s is far and beyond the capitals steak masters. With their own dry aging rooms (as can be seen in the city branch), they sell british breeds, alongside more premium Irish O Sheas, moving up to USDA and more recently Chilean Wagyu. They also cook their meat on the rare Josper grill.</description>
