Travel Blog Awards – vote Smith (please)

Champagne corks are popping at Smith HQ (metaphorically speaking, but we do have the kettle on). Not only are the phones ringing like an explosion in a bell foundry thanks to the Telegraph’s 2-for-1 hotel offer (more on that later), but our travel-blogging team are engaged in some vigorous backslapping now that we’ve been nominated for a Lonely Planet Travel Blog award.
Naturally, we’re delighted, and being the furiously competitive types we are, we’d love to bring home the laurels, so, please vote for us. We’ll make it worth your while, honest.
We’re in the running for the ‘Best group-authored blog’ category, so please, show our bloggers some love: vote get your friends to vote, get your friend’s friends to vote; heck, even mention it to people you hate, and we promise to keep on publishing our travel tips, hotel low-downs, sexy fashion features, insider interviews, and all the lovely other stuff that earned us the nomination in the first place.
Of course, we’ll still do that even if we don’t win, but please vote anyway.
