And the winner is…

Last week, we posted a rather fabulous travel competition on the Smith blog. We asked you to tell us where this picture was taken.
We thought it was quite a tricky one, but, no, apparently several hundred of you are visually well acquainted with The Olgas, aka Kata Tjuta in Australia’s Northern Territory. Congratulations, you’re all winners…
…but not in the actually-getting-a-prize sense. Tempting as it was to bankrupt Mr & Mrs Smith by giving everyone $400 hotel vouchers and free SilverSmith membership, were were only able to wangle one prize. That particular honour goes to Lindsay Simmons of Ontario, Canada, who not only got in pretty darned sharpish with her answer, she went above and beyond the call of duty and gave the nearest Smith hotel – the Uluru-view-endowed luxury wilderness safari camp at Longitude 131º.
So congratulations Lindsay – please keep us updated on where your gift card takes you – we’d love to know what you think to your stay – and commiserations everyone else, but don’t worry, we’ll be running another competition here at the end of the month, with an only-slightly-less-spectacular prize.
