Just before Christmas, James and I set sail on a hotel-hunting trip to the Caribbean, where we were completely bowled over by one hotel in particular – a honeymoon-perfect mountainside hideaway on St Lucia with just 29 rooms, which we’ll be adding to the Smith collection post-haste.
