Our favourite bits There are plenty of ways to make a splash at The Betsy. The pool is surrounded by sunloungers for prime people-watching, and just across the road is an idyllic stretch of white-sand beach. Once you’re fully bronzed, retreat to the bright colonial-style rooms to prepare for dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, BLT Steak, or a hot night on the lively South Beach strip.
Mr & Mrs Smith say… ‘The high-ceilinged ground floor houses the open-plan reception, restaurant and a lounge bar that’s perfect for sofa-flopping and caipirinha-sipping.
